Meet The Queens Cabinet

Belinda Meyer is the Founder and President of Kingdom Queens Rising, where she leads alongside a devoted sisterhood to mentor women and young women on transformative journeys of healing, restoration, and freedom from generational wounds. She is deeply committed to her husband, Edward Meyer, and together they are the proud parents of two remarkable young men, along with two beloved pups who complete their family. Belinda currently resides in Orlando, Florida.
With over 30 years of experience in customer service and more than 11 years in management, Belinda has been purposefully building a legacy of leadership and entrepreneurship since the age of 17. Her ministry journey began in 2008 when she and her husband answered the call to serve as children’s pastors, ministering within underserved communities and cultivating meaningful, faith-filled relationships. It was during this season that her passion for serving others with dignity, compassion, and Christ-centered love took root.
Today, Belinda joyfully serves the Lord by leading Kingdom Queens Rising—a Christ-centered global community designed to help women experience healing, renewal, and spiritual restoration. Her vision is to cultivate a worldwide sisterhood that transcends borders, uniting women through the compassion, purpose, and love of Christ that God has faithfully placed within her heart.

Elisa Santos serves as the Vice President and Mentor of Kingdom Queens Rising, bringing a heart of faith, wisdom, and servant leadership to every space she enters. She is the devoted wife of Oscar Santos, a proud mother of three incredible daughters, and a joyful grandmother to a beautiful grandson, and currently resides in Kissimmee, Florida.
With over eight years of experience in customer service and more than twenty-nine years as a professional photographer, Elisa carries a unique blend of creativity, compassion, and excellence. Her leadership extends beyond her professional career into her church community, where she has faithfully served and supported others with grace and integrity.
In this season of her life, Elisa embraces the joy of grandmotherhood while continuing to walk in her calling as a mentor—offering encouragement, guidance, and faith-based support to women of all ages. Her life reflects a deep commitment to uplifting others and nurturing Christ-centered growth within the Kingdom Queens Rising sisterhood.

Tempie Odom serves as the Treasurer and Mentor of Kingdom Queens Rising. She is the devoted wife of Pastor Alfred Odom of New Beginning Church of God in Queens, New York, and together they are blessed with three beautiful daughters—Brianna, Nylah, and Saiyan.
Ordained in 2003, Tempie brings over 30 years of ministry experience, having faithfully served in various Christian leadership roles. In addition to her ministry work, she has dedicated more than three decades to healthcare, including over 20 years as a nurse, demonstrating a lifelong commitment to caring for others with compassion and excellence.
In this season, Tempie embraces her calling as a “spiritual nurse,” offering faith-based guidance, encouragement, and mentorship to women of all ages. Drawing from both her ministry and nursing background, she supports holistic healing—nurturing spiritual growth while also empowering individuals to pursue healthier, more balanced lives.
Tempie’s heart for service, wisdom, and gentle leadership continues to be a vital blessing to the Kingdom Queens Rising sisterhood.

Freeda Rawson serves as the Secretary and Mentor of Kingdom Queens Rising. She is a Christ-centered leader and advocate for women, children, and families, called to stand in the tradition of Puah and Shiprah—faithful women who feared God and acted courageously to protect life. Her work is grounded in the conviction that God is a defender of the vulnerable and that the Church is called to be a place of refuge, restoration, and hope.
With extensive experience overseeing HUD-funded housing programs, managing teams, and partnering with public agencies, Freeda brings strong stewardship, discernment, and accountability to ministry leadership. Throughout her career, she has walked alongside women and families facing crisis, ensuring compassionate care while upholding integrity, order, and wisdom in service delivery.
Freeda’s calling is deeply personal. Growing up in Lower Roxbury, Boston, she witnessed the realities of homelessness through her mother’s work as a shelter operator—an experience God used to shape her lifelong commitment to protecting women, preserving families, and standing in the gap for those at risk of being forgotten or discarded.
In addition to her professional work, Freeda has faithfully served in coaching roles and women’s ministries within her church, mentoring women toward healing, stability, and spiritual maturity. She believes in equipping women to walk in their God-given identity, steward their lives well, and raise families rooted in faith, wisdom, and love.
As a published author, mother of four, and proud grandmother of four, Freeda lives out her calling both in ministry and in daily life. She currently resides in Beaverton, Oregon, and leads with humility, courage, and a deep trust in God’s redemptive power to restore what has been broken.
