KQR exists to serve women navigating transition, trauma, and systemic barriers by providing holistic, faith-centered development that addresses the whole person, emotionally, spiritually, and practically.
KQR was founded on the belief that transformation is most effective when women are supported through both internal healing and external skill-building. Our organization serves adult women, particularly those impacted by financial insecurity, relational challenges, limited access to resources, or prolonged periods of instability. Many of the women we serve are underserved by traditional systems and require more than short-term assistance; they need consistent mentorship, safe spaces for restoration, and practical tools that lead to long-term independence and leadership readiness.
Our aims are executed through an integrated program model that combines mentorship, leadership development, emotional wellness support, and workshops. KQR’s programming is intentionally structured to move participants through stages of restoration, capacity-building, and activation. Women are not only encouraged to address past trauma and present challenges but are also equipped with the skills, confidence, and vision needed to lead in their families, workplaces, and communities.
